A number of DSG girls joined Hobbiton-on-Hogsback for their annual Christmas Underprivileged Camp. It involved them mentoring and leading a number of children from various Children’s Homes through an outdoor program which involved team building activities, hikes, swimming and creative work such as painting. The Camp culminated in a Christmas Party on the final day after the hard work of a weeklong commitment. The girl’s were Kath Barnard, Gemma Scholtz, Kate Whitehead and Laura Robertson. In the above photo they are seen cleaning up the Hogsback main road in their groups.
