Grahamstown

Grahamstown has all the quaint charms of a small Victorian town, but is infused with the youthful vigour of students of all ages.  With its many schools and Rhodes University, it is acknowledged as one of the finest educational centres in South Africa.

Museums, art centres and the University campus are all within easy walking distance from our school and enhance our academic environment. The National Festival of the Arts, National Schools Festival  and SciFest attract thousands of visitors to the town and create a constant atmosphere of culture and learning for our pupils.

Travel in any direction from town offers opportunities for historical, art  and ecological school excursions: the unspoilt Eastern Cape coastline; the unsurpassed grandeur of the Karoo; mystical Hogsback and the rugged beauty of Tsitsikamma.

The nearest airport is in Port Elizabeth, which is a 90 minute drive away, through typical Eastern Cape vegetation and past world renowned game reserves.
