Dear Parents
Below please find a letter from Shelley Frayne, the Headmistress, in connection with a survey that we are conducting as part of our Whole School Evaluation under the auspices of IQAA.
Please would you take some time to respond to the two questionnaires – they should not take longer than 5 minutes each.
In order to complete the two questionnaires:
1. click on the link below which will take you into the questionnaire page on the DSG website
2. select your Daughters Grade and House by clicking on the relevant circles – if they are not a boarder, please check the Day Girl circle
3. complete the questionnaire by clicking on the circle corresponding to your chosen response to each statement
4. all the statements are mandatory, so if a statement is not applicable (such as either statement 11 or 12 in the second questionnaire), or you would prefer not to respond to a statement, please click on “not applicable”.
5. type in any comment you may wish to make at the end of the questionnaire (this is not mandatory)
6. click on “submit” to complete the process
7. please complete both questionnaires
8. if you have more than one daughter at DSG, please complete both questionnaires for each of them. If you also have a son at St Andrews you will have been provided with information to complete questionnaires for them.
