NEW JUNIOR SCHOOL
There is an urgent need to expand and enhance our academic and residential facilities if DSG is to continue as the boarding school of choice for future generations.
We are now at a stage where a new ‘great age of building’ is upon us and our new development plan will complement those that have been undertaken in previous decades.
The first phase involves the relocation of the Junior School to the area below the present Headmistress’ house, The Grange. Work has commenced on a new classroom block and double storey dormitory block. The Grange is being converted into a boarding house for the junior boarders. Occupancy of the new premises will take place in 2012.
