DELF EXAMS 

The DELF and DALF are official qualifications delivered by the French Department of Education to certify competencies of non-French native speakers in the French language. They are internationally recognised and pupils who have passed all the levels are exempt from taking language tests for entrance into French universities.

Long Service awards were awarded in Assembly to Kevin Mhase for 25 years, Vivian Frans for 15 years and Eric Zonke 10 years.

Swimming – Senior Long Distance Gala 

DSG hosted its first gala in the pool on Thursday evening which was a huge success. The aim of the gala was to provide opportunity for the swimmers to get times (which may or may not be accepted by EP for selection criteria) 

The following girls broke DSG School Records:
Cayley Tonkin – 100m Freestyle with new time of 1m03,81s
Shelley Snyman – 200m Individual Medley with new time of 2m24,75s 

EP Trials and B-group Gala 

We have not had official results from the gala this weekend. 

The only result that we do have is that Robyn Charter swam 29.8 - a new U16 50m Freestyle record and colours time
