SWIMMING: Senior Interprovincial Gala
The inter-provincial gala between EP, Free State, Border and SWD took place on Saturday in Uitenhage.
Robyn Charter and Erin Graham swam for EP and Nicola Smith represented SWD

CEMA AWARD RECIPIENTS (Choir, Drama, Outreach)

ROWING
Despite youth of the team – 2 Grade 8’s, 2 Grade 9’s and 1 Grade 11 – the Girls First Quad made the B Final at the Port Alfred Boat Race in December and were placed 4th overall. They won the trophy for the most improved school.
SWIMMING
EP Senior Championships
In the interprovincial gala held in Uitenhage on the 23rd Jan, between EP, Freestate , Border, and SWD. Robyn Charter won the 50m back 32.5, the 50m free in 28.5 and the 100m free in 1.01.8 . These were all her personal best times. When she won the EP 100m title on Dec 6th her time for the 100 was 1.02.7. Robyn is in Grade 10 at DSG.
Erin Graham was 5th in the 50 freestyle in her age group
SHOOTING
Laura Bryan was awarded Half-Colours. At the end of 2009 she won the school shooting champs – this was against both the boys and girls
