Dear Parents
This is just a quick note to let you know that if you are booking flights for 19 August, Final Assembly has been brought forward to 09h30 on that day. This means that children will be able to leave for PE Airport earlier than usual and may catch the following additional flights:
BA 6242 at 13h25 to Johannesburg
1T 506 at 13h50 to Johannesburg
Earlier departures will mainly apply to those flying to or via Johannesburg as those flying to Cape Town usually catch 1T 702 at 15h20 as this is their best value option. If Capetonians wish their children to catch an earlier flight it must not leave PE before 13h25 on 19 August.
Earlier flight departure times than 13h25 will still require Headmaster’s or Headmistress’ permission.
