ROWING FOR SOUTH AFRICA
The two times Junior National Champion's, DSG doubles combination of, Jenienne Curr and Kayleigh Scheepers are representing the Junior National Team who are participating in the Junior World Rowing Championships currently taking place on the 2012 Olympic Games Rowing Course in Eton, Great Britain. The Championships started on 4 August and the duo rowed their first heat which they
won and had the fastest time overall! They have been put straight into the semi-finals. The competition continues until 7 August 2011. “We are thrilled with this result. I hope that they can go all the way in representing their school and their country. Go girls we are right behind you!” said DSG Headmistress, Shelley Frayne.
