LOCK DOWN
On Friday the 21st of January, the DSG Matrics had the chance to bond with their respective 'sprigs' in Grade 8. Commonly known to the DSG girls as 'The Lockdown,' the DSG Lilla Strong Hall was covered and coloured in mattresses and duvets for the massive sleepover which was about to take place.
It was an exciting and worthwhile experience as the 'sprigs' (new Grade 8s) and 'sprig mistresses' (matrics) got to know each other through singing and dancing into the night. The best part was that the girls were all 'locked' in the hall and the atmosphere was full of energy until the girls all finally dropped in exhaustion from their many different dance moves.
The night ended off with the matrics tucking in their little Grade 8 Sprigs to watch a movie until all eyes were shut.
