DSG hosted Collegiate on Saturday 21 May in perfect weather conditions. There was plenty of hockey and netball to be seen throughout the morning. Fourteen hockey matches were played with DSG winning 5, losing 6 and drawing 3 of the games. The 1st team hockey match was of a high level with both sides having chances to capitalise on good field play. It was an exciting match to watch with Collegiate winning 2-0. Eight netball matches were played with DSG winning 2 and unfortunately loosing the others. The DSG girls showed great spirit and patterns of play in all the netball matches. The 1st team girls put up a good fight but unfortunately lost to a strong Collegiate side.
